A Sample of Work

ARPL 402 Spring 2019 - A Design for a Regional Library
For my final project as an undergrad student we were tasked with designing a regional library for the small town of Clarksburg, Maryland. This senior intensive design studio brought together all of the knowledge we learned in undergrad.

ARPL 601 Fall 2019 - A Design for a Federal Courthouse
For my first project as an grad student we were tasked with designing a federal courthouse in Washington, DC. This large project proved very challenging at times but rewarding. My design sought to show the strength of the legal system through the architectural language of H. H. Richardson.

ARPL 601 Spring 2020 - A Design for a Dream Home
During this studio we were tasked with designing a single family home and the surrounding estate. Our sight could be located in the place of our choosing and my design strove to bring the beauty of southern architecture to life.

ARPL 401 Fall 2018 - A Masterplan for Historic Annapolis
During this studio we were tasked with designing a masterplan for the dead space along the waterfront in historic Annapolis, MD. This site, located right near The United States Naval Academy, is currently a parking lot and not much happens here. My masterplan sought to restore the historic Maryland architecture language and frame the view looking at the Severn River.

ARPL 601 Spring 2020 - A Design for a 1000 Cubic Foot House
For this small introduction project we were tasked with designing a house that did not exceed 1000 cubic feet in volume. The house had to have a table for six, an architects drafting desk, a kitchen, a bathroom, and be able to sleep two.
